Pricing / One number per order

The number comes after the count.

Nothing on this page carries a figure, and that is deliberate. What a file costs turns on which product it is, how much of it survives your filters, and whether it ships to you alone — so the desk runs the count first and quotes once.

What ships, and how it gets to you

Every row in the last column says the same word, and it is not a stalling tactic — it is the honest entry for a number that does not exist until somebody has counted your cut. Read the middle column instead. Delivery is the part of an order that does not move.

Where the number comes from

The product

A live transfer is a room of people working a merchant on your behalf. A bulk file is a cut off inventory that already exists. Those two things carry completely different costs before a single filter is applied, so the product sets the order of magnitude and everything else adjusts around it.

How hard the filters squeeze

Volume and tightness pull against each other, and the pull is steeper than most buyers expect. Four states with a revenue floor under one industry is a different draw on inventory than the same four states taken whole. The count is what tells you which of those you are about to buy.

Who else gets the row

A record released to one shop is retired afterwards, so that single sale carries the whole cost of holding it. Shared data spreads the same row across several desks. Neither is the better buy in the abstract — it depends entirely on how fast your floor gets to a record after it lands.

Payment

Getting paid is the easy part

Nobody has ever lost an order here over the mechanics of getting paid. Tell the desk what is least work on your end. These are the ones that come up:

The first order

Settled up front. That applies to everybody, it is not a comment on you, and it stops applying once there is a history between us.

What is not on the invoice

No setup charge, no seat license, no platform fee and nothing that renews while you are not looking. One order, one number, and the number is the one you were quoted on the call.

Awkward plumbing

Your bookkeeper wants a purchase order, a signed vendor form, an invoice cut a particular way, a different rail. Say so while we are still talking. That is paperwork, and paperwork has never killed an order here.

A defective row is swapped at no charge, and what counts as defective is written down before you buy rather than decided after you complain.
